The United Methodist Men is a fellowship of men who meet regularly to provide support for each other and the church in doing God’s will in the life of the Church.  We seek knowledge and discernment for being men who serve the Lord.  For more information, please contact Floyd Hawk.

Who may join?

Any man who is seeking to know the will of God and to follow Christ may join.  While most men who join are members of First Church, it is not a requirement.  The annual dues are $10 per person.

Purpose

United Methodist Men is a fellowship of men who seek to know Jesus Christ, to grow spiritually and to seek his will in daily activities.  Their primary purpose is to declare the centrality of Christ in their lives and in all their relationships.

Goals

To encourage creative Christian men's leadership in the United Methodist Church.  To promote a better understanding of men's Christian service responsibility through study, worship, commitment, dedication, and participation. To deepen the spiritual life of men by developing a close fellowship of consent, concern and cooperation.
