This summer FUMC ECC will be offering two sessions! For the sessions to happen, we will need at least 80% enrollment in each session.
Session #1: June 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20 (9:00am-12:00pm)
The cost is $100.00 and must be pre-paid by Friday, May 17.
Session #2: July 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18 (9:00am-12:00pm)
The cost is $100.00 and must be pre-paid by Friday, June 21.
Enrolling in the program commits you to all six days of the session.
To pay for enrollment, please click the “ECC Summer Payment” button next to this form and select “ECC Payments” to make a payment for the session(s) your child will attend. If the classes do not make at least 80% enrollment, your payment will be returned.
In order to receive refund, notification of withdrawal of child(ren) must be received by May 17 for Session #1 & June 21 for Session #2. Email cward@fumcstw.org for any questions!
