Back to the Music Main Pge

Wow!  A big thank you is in order for all the musicians who made the Advent and Christmas seasons special for us in worship, concert, and during Sunday School.

*Thanks to the Chancel Choir members who give of their talents to serve God every week made the extra effort to prepare music for the lessons and carols service, who came and sang with the youth at Hanging of the Greens, and who prepared not only music but fabulous desserts for the Dessert First Concert!

*Thanks to the Jubilee Ringers and Youth Bells for providing music for worship and Dessert First, and for offering their talents to work with the 1st through 5th graders during Sunday School beginning in November to allow them the opportunity to ring and sing Christmas carols!

*Thanks to our Children’s Choir for singing so well in worship and for being a part of the processional on the third Sunday of Advent!

*Thanks to our instrumentalists who play whenever called on to add to the wonder of singing God’s praise!

*Thanks to Revelation for providing the music for Hanging of the Greens and for their work with anthems and the processional on the third Sunday of Advent!

*Thanks to Wes Howl for continually amazing us with beautiful music from the keyboards!

*Thanks to our congregation for stretching themselves by singing a couple of less familiar carols and adding to their own experience and depth of understanding of God’s love shown through the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

God’s peace and Happy New Year,
Ed Davis
