Programs

The FUMC Early Childhood Center offers a
Preschool Program and a Children’s Day Out Program.
There is an annual enrollment fee.

Preschool

• Our preschool program offers two sessions.

• You may enroll your child in the Tuesday/Thursday class or the Monday/Wednesday/Friday class dependant upon their age (see below).

• Children participate in a wide variety of activities including small groups, cooking, field trips and library visits.

3 Years Old (as of September 1):

• Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:00 - 11:45*

• Maximum of 16 children

3 ½ Years Old (as of September 1):

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings 9:00 – 11:45*

• Team Approach to Teaching

• 1 to 9 ratio with a maximum of 27 children utilizing two rooms

Children's Day Out

• Children’s Day Out offers a program five days a week for children between the ages of 10 months and 5 years (pre-kindergarten).

• A permanent reservation must be made by everyone attending the program.

• Children may stay one through five days a week.

• Children may attend the morning session (9:00-11:45) or extend the day till 2:30.

• Tailor make a schedule to fit your needs!

Class Groupings
(Must meet age requirement by September 1 of current school year)

• Toddlers – 10 months through 20 months

• Noah’s Ark – 20 months through 30 months

• Rainbow Room – 30 months through 42 months

• Small Wonders – 42 months through 5 years
